About 70 years old. SN2270.
It is stamped made in
Italy
. My late wife purchased this piccolo somewhere around 1950 and played it in her band as a young girl.
It has been sitting in a closet and has not been used since 1963. It is in really in nice condition and shows no signs of abuse.
It will need to be polished up and most likely the pads will need to be replaced since it is so old. Comes with a beautiful carrying case. There may be some very minor nick and scratches here and there. I have no need for it and hope someone will put it to good use.
