"this agent is used for the specific purpose of reducing unhealthy fat in excessive adiposity" - in other words, it's useful in reducing fat tissue.  Encourages the lymphatic system to remove excess fluid in tissues.

Clay Blend of French Green, Bentonite, Rhassoul, and Kaolin Clays - 1 cup (approx. 6-7oz.)
French Green Clay (AKA Sea Clay or Illite Clay) - contains a cornucopie of valuable elements.  The highly micronized molecular stat of French Green Clay allow for far greater absorption of impurities, dust, oil and contaminants.  Bentonite, also referred to as Montmorillonite, is very unusual in the fact that once it becomes hydrated, the electrical and molecular components of the clay rapidly change and produce an "electrical charge".  Its highest power lies in the ability to absorb toxins, impurities, heavy metals and other contaminants.  When it becomes mixed with water it rapidly swells open like a highly porous sponge.  From here the toxins are drawn into the sponge through electrical attraction and once there, they are bound. Rhassoul Clay's (AKA Red Clay, Red Moroccan Clay, Ghassoul Clay, Oxide Clay) most impressive properties in skin improvement are its capacity of absorption and adsorption due to its high level of ion exchange.  It also contains higher percentages of silica and magnesium along with potassium and calcium, than other clays.  Kaolin Clay (AKA White Cosmetic Clay, China Clay, Ceramic Clay) is high in calcium, silica, zinc, and magnesium.  The high mineral content of Kaolin Clay rejuvenates the skin while the clay exfoliates and stimulates blood circulation.
Magnesium Sulfate (AKA Epsom Salts) - 1/4 cup (approx. 3 oz.)
Epsom Salt softens the skin, soothes aches, reduces swelling and inflammation, exfoliates the skin, removes odors, draws toxins from the body, sedates the nervous system, relaxes the muscles, provides relief from joint soreness and arthritic pain, and is a natural emollient.  The best news is that magnesium and sulfates are readily absorbed by the body externally - which is why Epsom Salts work especially well in wraps and soaks.
Directions
:
This kit is enough to do 1-2 full body wraps - depending how thick you apply it and how much area you have to cover - or multiple spot treatments.  Other supplies you will need are water, a glass bowl, paper towels, blunt tip scissors, and a roll of plastic wrap (Saran wrap or whatever you use to cover the left over veggies.)
To make the full amount - dissolve the Epsom Salts in 3/4 - 1 cup of hot water (more water can be added later if it's too thick) in a medium sized GLASS bowl - add Bladderwrack and Clay, stir to the consistency of a thin glue - slowly adding water as necessary.  Add essential oils right before you're ready to apply the mixture (essential oils evaporate quickly so be sure to add them at the last minute).  To make 1/2 the mixture - use half the ingredients and oil - to do a small area just cut down the recipe accordingly.  (Refrigerate any unused mixture in a glass container for up to 1-2 months.  Be sure to use glass because essential oils can degrade plastic over time.)
Use the paint brush included in your kit to apply the mixture to your body - keep out of eyes, mouth and hair.  It's also a good idea to test a small amount on your wrist to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction (if you do, discontinue use and wash with soap and water).  Apply a thin coat to one body part at a time - for example one leg, then tightly wrap the plastic wrap around it a couple times - proceed to the next body part.  When all body parts are done - lay down and cover up with warm blankets for 45-60 minutes.  Cut the plastic with the blunt tip scissors and wipe as much of the mixture off as you can with the plastic wrap, then use damp paper towels to remove the remaining mixture.  Shower and drink lots of water.  The seaweed and clay can sometimes stain clothing - so you'll want to wear old underwear or your birthday suit in case you get some on your clothing.
When I do this I usually lose 1/2 inch off my waist each time.  Results vary for everyone - depends upon how much you have to lose and how much you need to detox.
**Extended, long-term use of
any
essential oil is not suggested - at least every two weeks take a break of several days where you do not use the same oils or oil blends.**
