It remains strong in extreme heat of kiln firings and withstands high temperatures for long periods.  Kiln elements in your kiln are made out of this wire.<br>Wire Specifications:<br>Packaging:<br>10 Feet, 304.8 cm, in length<br>Excellent glass separator<br>Withstands temperature up to 2,000 °F, 1,093 °C<br>Nickel Chromium Alum Wire<br>Will polish up after kiln firing<br>SIZE: The smaller the gauge number the thicker the wire<br>- 24 Gauge is use for decoration, jewelry, and armatures. Please keep the receipt.  Items not returned in resellable condition may be charged a retocking fee of 10%.<br>Fusible Precut Glass Shapes:<br>Are waterjet cut and have smooth edges.  They may have a small tab that normally will disappear during the kiln firing process, or can be ground or nipped off.<br>Stringer & Noodles Bargin Boxes:<br>Are cut with a diamond saw and normally have a smooth edge but due to the delicate sizes may occasionally have a  pointed edge.<br>Precut Glass Sheet Sizes:<br>They are hand cut to size.  Normally, they will have sharp edges and should be handles with care.  They are packed with padding between
